About PrecisionH2 Power Inc. PrecisionH2 Power Inc. (PH2) is a privately held company with technology capabilities in distributed energy installations. The company integrates its custom electronics technology and IP into a targeted range of distributed power generation (DG) systems. PH2 has a well developed network of specialized subcontractors and integration partners that fit within its low overhead operation. The group consists of experts in design and development of specialized electronics systems, particularly involving high frequency switching devices. The company possesses intellectual property that underpins its new line of multi-mode power inverter systems entitled SOLO™. Recent legislation introducing 2 way net-metered grids allows DG Power installations to overcome initial capital burden of sustainable power installations. By providing integration and firmware/control development services for distributed power generation projects, in particular in hydrogen and solar photovoltaics sectors, PH2 is intent on placing the SOLO inverter platform in emerging technology sectors where growth is rapid. PH2 Inverters allow for modular adaptation, stacking and integration to satisfy inverter requirements for DC power generation systems with most configuration changes made via digital controls including the selected PIC microcontroller platform. PH2 team personnel are trained in the required languages and code standards for industrial controls. The company is structured such that technical solutions and personnel assigned depend on the client's integration specifications. In this way PH2 brings together a network of power electronics, software, firmware and manufacturing design experts on a contracted project basis. As electrical grids worldwide begin to source increasing power requirements from non-traditional suppliers, there is an increasing need for multi-mode electrical grid-interfaced systems. The company applies its patent pending power inverter “platform” design for seamless switching among stand alone, UPS and grid export modes with high efficiency, substantial flexibility but in some cases uses of design solutions as determined by the project team. In addition, to develop designs tailored for its client specs, the company uses sub assemblies from within its network of suppliers for best available short lead time solutions, to fulfill its contract inverter integration project requirements. In this way PH2 can respond to client specifications without custom engineering when pre-certified solutions make sense.

The company is focused on taking to market its grid enabled or stand-alone SOLO Inverter technology. The small footprint/lightweight 1kW and 5kW stackable platforms provide for interface with multiple distributed generation applications using proprietary firmware running on an embedded microcontroller system (PIC). Fast Analog components in the signal output of the PH2 Inverter provide for a standard platform that is stackable - providing the connection to export power and receive power from the grid when needed. |

| The PH2 Power design team is carrying out custom engineer interface and controls working closely with development partners focusing on Photovoltaic key accounts as well as systems where SOLO Inverters are to be bundled with distributed power generation systems requiring multi-mode inverters. In addition, in emerging market circumstances, the company will provide non recurring engineering services to customize its inverter interface and firmware to partner specifications (via distinct interface PCB's and custom firmware, leaving the core PH2 Inverter platform unchanged).
