Management:
David Fletcher
Chairman
Mr. Fletcher is a founder of PrecisionH2 Power Inc., and sister company
Atlantic Hydrogen Inc. His technical expertise includes chemistry,
electronic plasma science and the development of a range of power
electronics products. Several years in the Chemical Industry with ICI
and CIL preceded Fletcher's move to the mining equipment sector where he
was VP Finance of Jarvis Clarke. From there he put together his
Chemistry/Industry background with commercial partners in a distributed
research organization to develop a novel technology invention for the
perishable food industry. The company is ongoing today with
Isofresh Air Treatment Systems operating in a wide field. Later,
in a company co-founded to develop Fletcher's invention for the Clean
Energy sector, PrecisionH2 Inc., the CARBONSAVER was conceived.
Now PH2's affiliate company AHI is taking the invention forward with
commercial trials planned and funded for 2006, bringing PH2’s
CARBONSAVER technologies to distributed power generation microgrids in
conjunction with commercial partners, including Enbridge Gas. In his role as Chairman, Mr. Fletcher orients the
strategic direction of the company, and facilitates partnership
development where the group's electronics and industry expertise can be
brought to bear. He holds an MA (Oxford University) in chemistry, is a past
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MBA
from Cranfield University specializing in marketing.

hydroelectricity and Liquified Natural Gas. Mr. Solano is a lawyer
licensed in Mexico and holds a Master’s in Environment, Science and
Society (hons.) from the University of Essex, UK.

President
Mr. Fletcher has more than twelve years experience in management of early
stage technology companies. As a co-founder of PrecisionH2 Power Inc.
and AHI, Dan has been responsible for early-stage marketing, project
management, and development of partnering/licensing agreements. As
President of PH2 Power, he focuses on achieving successful commercial
roll-out of the SOLO Inverter line, in large part by
developing limited partnerships with makers of Distributed Power
Generation systems in the key market
channels where multi-mode inverters up to a rating of 50kW are
required. He holds a B.A. Honours in Political Studies and Economics
from Queen's University and has followed alternative energy engineering
training programs. Dan makes frequent public presentation on clean
energy and takes part in industry events and roundtables.

Mr. McGuire has dedicated his career to environmental issues in the
energy sector, focused on climate change, greenhouse gas reduction, and
H2 and photovoltaic technologies. He has worked on environmental issues
in the electric utility industry in Canada, Europe and Asia, and on
development financial mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol in New York. At
PH2 Power, Hugh provides technical proposal writing and consulting
services including contributing to company proposals that have received
funding. He holds a BSc. in Mathematics &
Engineering from Queen's University, and a BA in Philosophy from Queen's
University, and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
